There is an immediate need for a high-calibre Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst to step into this leading National Not-for-profit for the upcoming budgeting round on a 6-month (minimum!) contract.

Responsibilities:
• Driving insights to shape strategy
• Improve existing reports (content, quality and visuals) and identify new reports based on understanding stakeholder requirements and needs
• Business partner cross functionally, from the GM’s through to State teams
• Financial analysis for board reporting
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Assist in scenario analysis and business case feasibility
• Analyse performance trends, understand and communicate key drivers
• Build metrics, cashflow projections, through to developing cost centre reporting to ensure stakeholders are accountable for their spending
• Ensure CAPEX spend is on track with budget
• Run simple SQL to extract information
• Reporting into the FP&A Manager

Requirements:
• Part-to-fully qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant
• At least 3 years’ experience in either FP&A or as an Analyst
• TechnologyOne (FinanceOne) highly desirable, but varied systems experience with large ERP exposure okay (Oracle or SAP)
• Strong Verbal and Written communication – demonstrated through Report Writing (a must!)
• Able to manage and meet competing deadlines
• Be proactive and take initiative
