We are constantly on the lookout for Financial Business Analysts to work with our Aged Care & Not-for-profit clients on both temporary and ongoing assignments.

We want to hear from high-calibre Financial Planning & Reporting Analysts who are ready to step in for the upcoming budgeting period, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Drive insights to shape strategy
• Improve the content, quality and visuals of reports based on your understanding of stakeholder requirements and needs
• Business partner cross functionally
• Financial analysis and commentary for board reporting
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Assist in scenario analysis and business case feasibility
• Analyse performance trends, understand and communicate key drivers
• Build metrics, cash flow projections, through to developing cost centre reporting to ensure stakeholders are accountable for their spending
• Ensure CAPEX spend is on track with budget
• Run simple SQL to extract information
• Reporting into the FP&A Manager

Requirements:

• Part-to-fully qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant
• At least 3 years experience in either FP&A or as an Analyst
• TechnologyOne (FinanceOne) highly desirable, but varied systems experience with large ERP exposure okay (Oracle or SAP)
• Strong Verbal and Written communication – demonstrated through Report Writing
• Able to manage and meet competing deadlines
• Be proactive and take initiative
